True Rewards eGifts and rewards privacy policy
True Rewards Pty Ltd is referred to in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) as “true rewards”, “we”, “our” or “us”. This Policy sets out how personally identifiable information is collected, used and disclosed by True Rewards in relation to your access and use of our website and web application (“Web App”), the True Rewards website located at www.truerewards.com.au (collectively, the “Sites”) and True Rewards’ online products and services provided therein (collectively with the website, the “Service”), in order so that you may make an informed decision about your use of the service. Any collection, use and release of information by retailers that issue and redeem eGift cards using the Service are governed by the policies of those retailers.
We reserve the right to edit the provisions of the Policy at any time. Notification of changes will be made via the last updated date or the addition of a statement to the homepage of the Website or through email. We will request your friend’s contact information if you elect to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Service.
