The Burwood One Digital Visa Card is the most flexible and universal card option on True Rewards.
It can be added seamlessly to a compatible phone’s Apple or Google wallet via our “web-to-wallet” technology, with no mobile app required.
The card can be spent anywhere Visa is accepted instore and online and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
The Burwood One Digital Visa Card can be sent to a recipient via email, SMS or unique URL* link.
To activate the card, recipients will:
- Click on the link in the email or SMS they receive. They’ll be taken to our card portal.
- Verify they are the card holder by providing a one-time-password (OTP) to access the card.
- Click either the “Add to Apple or Google Wallet” buttons, whichever matches their phone type.
- Follow the prompts to add card to their wallet and they’re ready to spend!
*For businesses ordering unique URL links and distributing these via their own means, these customers will firstly be directed to a claim page where they will enter their Name, Email and Mobile. They will then be directed to our card portal where they can verify and add to wallet (step 2).
